Graduation - A new chapter

I was there on the day I knew I carved a smile in heaven.
Everyone, in every part of this world has been anticipating for this day.
I don’t even remember how many times I was asked this question “Have you graduated?”

This is the one time that no one will be the one asking from now onwards.

I’ve heard a huge percentage of friends are already exploring working life. Most of them are happy with where they are. My objective now, a mapping towards a new career pathway. Work so far is good, though I anticipated more is expected from me but perhaps training is still training. I haven’t forgotten all my mentors, friends, and my all time pet sister, Wendy. She has always been there for me. She shared her concern for career advancement. Its true. Though education gives u only a piece of paper, but it’s a passport to land you in interviews. Not jobs. Just interviews. Literally.

I hope I won’t let all your hopes down and live up to all your expectation.
Along the pathway, I did come across different people’s views towards my choice of education and career pathway. In all appreciation of their concern, perhaps It might be easier for me to take one step at a time. But I’ll ensure that I ‘m equip myself for all it takes to be good enough for the next stage. There are legitimate and right ways to a pathway of successful career. Networking is just one of the options, perhaps not ultimate. I had friends who are where they are with the right means.

What is the recipe for successful achievement? To my mind there are just four essential ingredients: Choose a career you love, give it the best there is in you, seize your opportunities, and be a member of the team.”
